The Davidia Lind Dance Centre has been established for over 20 years. From its humble beginnings it has now become one of the most respected Performing Arts Centre and Casting/Talent Agency in Australia.

DLDC was founded by its principal, Davidia Lind, a fully trained and qualified dance teacher specialising in theatrical dance, tap and classical ballet. Davidia attained her Bachelor of Human Movement Studies from the University of Queensland and is qualified in Assessment and Workplace Training recognised by the Queensland Government.

DLDC provides training in all aspects of the performing arts for students from the age of three to professional level. We welcome students of all ages and abilities to come and join in the fun of dance and performance, and many DLDC students have gone on to make a career in the industry. Of course, there are equally as many students who just enjoy the fun of weekly classes with friends. For them, it is the music, exercise and enormous fun that draws them to DLDC and keeps them coming. So many of our weekly students have been training with us since they were 7 or 8 years old and still enjoy their jazz class right through and into their year 12 at school.

The staff at DLDC are highly qualified and caring professionals. Many of our teachers are experienced and professional performers, and all are passionate about the arts and nurturing our students to bring out their personal best.
